Caveat

I'm not a trained philosopher or theologian, and those of you who are might end up foaming at the mouth as you read my thoughts. I am aware that many of my conclusions are based on fairly debatable premises, but for the sake of time and readability, I simply assume they are true. Perhaps you could do the same for the sake of discussion, but feel free to disagree if you feel that would be constructive.

In the end, "constructive" is all I ask for, I suppose. Tearing down my ideas without making an attempt to help me build new ones seems fairly selfish and self-serving. This blog is not supposed to be an intellectual battleground on which to cross swords; it is meant to be spiritually and intellectually fruitful. That being said, I am not asking to humored or agreed with. I believe in Truth, so therefore I believe that I can be mistaken. As a seeker, I am eager to learn and open to being challenged. I also openminded and tolerant, so even if you know that our basic worldviews are in conflict, feel free to chime in; I would love to hear from your own conclusions.
